Automatic Hot Stamping Machine, TJ-200
The hot stamping machine is designed for napkin products. The four-station rotary-table design enables fully automated hot foil stamping processes. The hot stamping machine supports continuous operation during material changeover.
The hot stamping machine integrates automatic feeding, hot foil stamping, sheet jogging and stacking, and product delivery with minimum need for manual intervention.
The maximum sheet size is 200×200mm and the production speed is 1-30 cycles/min and highly adjustable. The working temperature is adjustable ranging from 20℃ to 200℃, adapting to different production needs.
The hot stamping machine features stable operation, high stack capacity and is suitable for a wide range of napkin products like restaurant napkins and gift napkins. The hot stamping machine is a specialized and reliable solution for high-volume stamping of logos, patterns and texts.
