Automatic Foil Stamping Machine, TJ-550A
The automatic foil stamping machine works with standard load of 30 tonnes, which can be increased to 40 tonnes with updated motor based on production needs. The stable and sufficient pressing force supports demanding processes such as deep embossing, thick-stock die cutting and large-area foil stamping.
The dual foil unwinding system supports two-color and multi-track stamping. The working temperature can be adjusted from 20 to 200℃. The maximum pile and delivery height is 500mm.
The 1.5-tonne machine can maintain stable operation under heavy load.
Applications
The foil stamping machine supports fully automated production, including sheet feeding, foil feeding, hot foil stamping and sheet delivery and stacking, with reduced manual intervention.
The foil stamping machine is suitable for a wide range of sheet materials such as paper, paperboard, leather, PVC sheets, and other plastic sheets.
The foil stamping machine integrates foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting and can be used for post-press applications such as gift boxes, greeting cards, folding cartons, hang tags, and book covers.
